By using this website and requesting services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What this service is

Valacyclovir Online provides asynchronous telehealth. You submit a secure intake, and a licensed clinician reviews it and decides whether valacyclovir is appropriate. Asynchronous telehealth means the clinician reviews your written information rather than meeting you by live video or phone. There is no scheduled appointment.

2. Eligibility

To use this service you must be 18 or older and physically located in a state we serve: Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Colorado, Arizona, Illinois, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Kentucky, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Hampshire, or Maine. You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Scope of care and clinical judgment

• This service is limited to valacyclovir for cold sores and genital herpes. We do not prescribe controlled substances.
• It is best suited to cold sores and to previously diagnosed, recurrent genital herpes. A first, undiagnosed genital outbreak may require in-person evaluation or testing.
• A prescription is not guaranteed. The clinician may decline to prescribe, or may recommend a different level of care, if it is not clinically appropriate.
• Valacyclovir helps manage and reduce outbreaks. It is not a cure for herpes.

4. No provider-patient relationship until accepted

Submitting a request does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only if and when the clinician accepts your request.

5. Fees

The service fee is a flat $50 clinician-review fee that includes the prescription plus two refills, with no subscription. This fee is for the clinician's time and review and is non-refundable once the review has been performed, whether or not a prescription is issued. The cost of the medication itself is paid separately to your pharmacy and is not part of our fee. See our Refund Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide honest, accurate, and complete health information
• Read and follow the instructions and any guidance the clinician provides
• Seek in-person or emergency care when your symptoms warrant it
• Not request medication for anyone other than yourself

8. Limitation of liability

9. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website are owned by the operator and may not be copied or reused without permission. Valacyclovir is a generic medication name; Valtrex is a trademark of its respective owner and is referenced only descriptively.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms, and material changes will be reflected by the date above.
